IronAxis collects only the information a visitor deliberately submits through an inquiry form or sends through a contact channel. Website inquiries are stored in a private lead database so IronAxis can respond and manage follow-up.
Engagement request builder
When you submit the engagement builder or Quick Scan follow-up form, IronAxis stores the contact information, business context, selected services, relevant Quick Scan result, and campaign source shown in the form. This information is used to respond, qualify the request, arrange discovery, prepare proposals, and maintain reasonable business records. Text, telephone, and email options remain available as alternatives.
Analytics, advertising, and campaign measurement
Cloudflare provides privacy-focused page analytics, including visits, viewed pages, approximate country, device type, browser, and referring source. Google AdSense may use cookies, device identifiers, and related technologies to deliver, measure, limit, and personalize advertising where permitted. Google controls the information it receives through its advertising services under its own privacy terms and available ad controls. When a campaign link includes standard UTM labels, this website keeps those labels, the landing path, and the referring hostname in session storage so IronAxis can understand which outreach generated an inquiry. When conversion reporting is configured, it records actions such as phone, email, Quick Scan, software, and engagement-request clicks without sending names, email addresses, company names, message contents, or form answers to IronAxis analytics.
Owner workspace
The public workspace route is a product demonstration. Workspace changes are stored locally in the visitor's browser unless the visitor exports a backup. Do not enter confidential, regulated, or sensitive business information into a public demonstration.
Software inquiries and delivery
The software page opens a prepared email in the visitor's email application. If sent, Cloudflare Email Routing processes the message to forward it to the owner's verified private inbox and may send an automatic acknowledgement. IronAxis uses the submitted contact and business information to evaluate the request, respond, prepare an agreement or invoice, deliver approved purchases, provide support, prevent abuse, and maintain required business records. Do not send payment-card or banking information by email.
Desktop software
IronAxis Job Pricing Studio is local-first. It does not require an IronAxis cloud account and does not transmit project inputs, autosaves, diagnostic logs, saved scenarios, or exported reports to IronAxis. Customers control their local files, device access, backups, and retention.
Retention and requests
Unconverted inquiry records are reviewed periodically and are generally deleted when no longer reasonably needed for follow-up, analytics, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. Client, order, tax, support, fraud-prevention, and dispute records may be retained longer as reasonably needed or legally required. Requests concerning access, correction, or deletion may be sent to the contact below.
